Box is 12"X12"X5" and has no subplate. Make one to your desires with terminal blocks and modules for fan and damper control. Maybe elevator recall? Red powder coating and no screening gives you the ability to customize with your logo and requested naming. Comes standard with the Notifier 17021 lock set.
